Claim a prize

Congratulations! Submit this form with a photo of your winning ticket. Claims must be received by March 24, 2027. There's no fee to claim any prize.

The claim form opens on December 25, 2026, when the first winning numbers are posted.

You'll need

Your name
The winning ticket number
A clear photo or scan of your calendar ticket showing that number
Your mailing address and phone number

After you claim

We'll confirm your claim by email.
Gift cards and certificates are mailed (or emailed, for digital cards) within BC at no cost.
Other prizes are collected by appointment in Colwood, on pickup day (Friday, January 22, 2027, 12:00–2:00 pm, Cherish at Central Park, Langford), at the retailer named on the prize list, or delivered within Langford, Colwood, Metchosin, View Royal and the Highlands.
Prizes over $100 need a signed prize receipt, in person or returned by email.
Keep your original ticket until your prize arrives. By claiming a prize, you consent to the release of your name.
